Zoup! Zoup! Eric Ersher, founder and former CEO of Zoup!, will continue to run Specialty Products, LLC. Systems, LLC. Zoup! Zoup! Specialty products are premium broth products made from high-quality ingredients. They were created to replicate the restaurant quality of the brand’s restaurants and bring that same taste to the retail marketplace.
